This balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, is complex, rich and tart. Its depth of flavor comes from the barrel aged balsamic vinegar that is blended with sparkling white French champagne vinegar. We love it in vinaigrette, on roasted meats and vegetables, red meat and venison. Density: 1.22 Gluten Free. No artificial flavorings, thickening agents, caramel nor additives. May contain sulfites.
