Tuscan Blend Olive Oil from Sonoma, CA

When David spotted an abandoned olive grove in Carneros, he reached out to the owners to inquire about leasing.

The grove found its steward.

The Las Vivas Olive Oil, Olio Nuovo, is made from Tuscan varieties; Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino olives.

The olives are hand-harvested and pressed within hours of picking resulting in a perfectly bright, herbaceous, and peppery extra virgin olive oil.
